Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when payment is received before 2pm, with next-day delivery within the UK. Shipping timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors. We are not liable for delays once goods have left our warehouse.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that are sealed, unused, and have not required refrigeration. Opened or temperature-sensitive items are non-returnable.
